Cancellation Policy

To ensure fast processing and shipping, all orders are processed automatically shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we’re unable to accommodate order cancellations or changes once an order has been submitted.

In the rare event that an item is no longer in stock, we may need to cancel your order and will notify you promptly with a full refund. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing checkout, and please reach out with any questions prior to placing an order — we’re always happy to help.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

We will offer a full refund if the product is returned in the original, unused condition, including packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping (with the exception of damaged products). If you wish to return your product, please email us at shopchopstix@gmail.com.

Shipping & Handling

Processing times take 1-2 business days. Customers will receive an email confirmation when the order has been fulfilled and processed.

Expected shipping times can range from 7-21 days. We work with several international vendors so shipping times may vary depending on where customers are located.
